While World System Builder is not an affiliated company of World Financial Group, Inc., WFGIA (In California dba World Financial Insurance Agency, LLC.), World Financial Group Insurance Agency of Hawaii, Inc., World Financial Group Insurance Agency of Massachusetts, Inc., nor WFG Insurance Agency of Puerto Rico, Inc. (collectively referred to as "WFG"), it provides services to WFG agents affiliated with the WSB organization.

WSBOhanaOne.com offers exclusive marketing materials, event information, and recognition to members of WFG who affiliate with the WSB Ohana One LLC organization.

4. Rules and Guidelines

  • 4.1 Eligibility: Users must be active WFG agents, in good standing with the company, and hold valid licenses in any WFG state, province, or country.

  • 4.2 Prohibited Activities: Users shall not create accounts for SPAM, use automated means (such as robots) to access the Website, or engage in illegal activities.

  • 4.3 Use for WFG Business: Materials provided are solely for WSB affiliates’ business activities within WFG and may not be used outside this scope.

  • 4.4 No Promises of Financial Gain: The use of Website materials does not guarantee any financial gain.

  • 4.5 Copyright Restrictions: Users may not duplicate or edit Website materials without written permission from WSB staff.

11.1 Profile Photos: Users may upload profile photos for their accounts. These photos are considered Personal Identifiable Information (PII). By uploading a profile photo, Users grant WorldSystemBuilder.com a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display the photo for profile-related purposes, including recognition and public-facing websites. Users retain ownership of their profile photos and may request their deletion at any time.

11.2 Work Plans and Records: Users may upload work plans, records, or similar materials, including those containing names of other agents or clients. These uploads may use proprietary WSB formats or templates and are classified as WSB property upon submission. WSB reserves the right to use these materials indefinitely for internal training and operational purposes. These materials are not deletable upon user request.

11.3 Event Photos: Users may upload photos from group events or participate in group activities where photos are taken. By uploading event photos or participating in events, Users grant WSB full ownership of these materials, including the right to use, reproduce, publish, and distribute them on public pages, in printed materials, or for promotional purposes. Event photos are not considered PII and cannot be deleted upon user request.

12. Deletion of User Data

  • 12.1 Users may request deletion of their account and all associated data, including uploaded files, by contacting us at wsbohana.staff@gmail.com

  • 12.2 Upon receiving a deletion request, we will remove personal information, including login credentials, contact information, and any associated files, unless these files are retained as intellectual property of WorldSystemBuilder.com as specified in Section 11.

  • 12.3 Uploaded files that do not contain identifiable or sensitive information may be retained unless explicitly requested for deletion.

  • 16.3 We employ SSL encryption for all data transmission to and from our Website, adding an additional layer of protection against unauthorized access.
